We use Stripe as our payment gateway of choice to ensure all transactions are securely handled.
We offer a dedicated support email address to each customer to interact with the support team. Phone support can be available on request. We also offer custom support services for clients who would like a custom designed service. For example, having on-site assistance during registration for large events or attendee facing support.
While we don't currently offer multi-language support, this is on our development roadmap. If it is something that would be beneficial to you, please let us know what language would be the most useful to you.
This product is designed especially for church events like camp meetings, prayer conferences, ministers' meetings, Pathfinder camporees, VBS, and summer camps. But anybody who needs to provide registration for complex events is welcome to use the product.
Most of the registration tools that are available today are designed to cope with large numbers of attendees with low levels of customization. We have been crafting this tool for years to become a unique "master key" for Adventist events. The tool knows your events just as well as you do, and we are always sharpening the product to serve you better.
With single sign-on, users can log in with Google or Microsoft accounts. We also offer a financial reporting integration with Xero, and all payments are made using the Stripe integration.
